We allow items to be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
In case you are not satisfied with your bag and you want to send it back to us, you can (within the 14 day return period) send an e-mail to [email protected] and notify us of your wish to return your bag.
We will process your return to send you a return label which you can attach to your box and drop the box off at your nearest DHL office or request pick up from DHL.
Returned bags must be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all packaging inserts and labels in place).
We can only refund to the card used for the purchase of the order. Please allow seven days from receipt of goods for the refund to process because we have to inspect the returned bag.
You will not be charged by us for the return shipment. Except you choose to use a different shipping method than agreed.
